peers. We learn to exist and relate within social groups at home and at work throughout our lives.
In this conference we will explore the boundaries between self and the group. Who am I in the group? How do I establish my identity? How do I learn and grow within the group?
How does TA inform us about the group process and experience? Our aim is to embrace all models of group process and behaviour and link these to TA theory.”
